Healthcare
Anoop asks if healthcare is a right as a citizen and as a human. It's a tough question, especially because there is a difference between a citizen and a human. If the right of healthcare is only granted to citizens, then we bar an entire population of immigrants and residents from access to healthcare. At the same time, if it's a right as a human, does that mean that those who pay taxes to provide for a national healthcare system must also pay for those who don't, like illegal immigrants? These are just a few starting thoughts on the discussion.
